Just ran my car over there for a quick code check. Turned out it was nothing, however Lisa made sure everything was fine before letting me go. The assessment was no charge as well! Very clean and tidy shop both inside and out! Thank you very much! I will be back when I need a quick oil change or another hiccup that needs attention.

They will makeup ridiculous prices and state your car can’t be returned to you because it might be unsafe, (it was ok to drive) in reality they just trying to get some money out of you… and for the record no shop can legally keep your vehicle regardless the condition, you can even have it towed somewhere else if you want to don’t let them fool you! Yes coach works by la fitness off highway 22. It’s ok tho the problem was fixed it is what it is but never again.

I had a bad experience at Rothrock Nissan. They first made me book an appointment for the estimate. Then they never returned my call to return. I then found out that the Rothrock employee who did the estimate quit. About a month later, they made me book another appointment to drop off my car. They then made me pick it back up a day later after I signed all the paperwork because parts weren't available. Kim from Coachworks saved the day! She got my estimate the same day, and had my parts installed in less than a week. I even had another accident a couple months later, and I couldn't pass inspection with the broken headlight. With my luck, allentown parking authority was having a frenzy with me. I became a target from the city and I couldn't hide my vehicle while I waited for the headlight to arrive. Kim saved the day again by offering me an emergency loaner vehicle. At no cost extra! Kim at Coachworks definitely earned my business for life and I will refer all of my family and friends to her. Due to this pandemic we need to support our local businesses and Kim went above and beyond to accomplish her world class service. I thank her again and she will definitely be servicing my state

Lisa that works in the office is amazing. She did a great job working with my insurance. I didn't have to worry about a thing. And the guys in the shop did a great job working on my Mustang. Thank you guys! I will definitely be bring all my vehicles here in the future if need be.

Coachworks is amazing! They got our car fixed quickly and didn't take advantage of us (We were traveling in the area from Florida). Kim was so helpful! I would definitely recommend them!!!!
